Senior Project Manager

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of slot games across creative, technical, QA, and business stakeholders
• Drive execution from concept and planning through development, testing, certification, release, and post-release activities
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, estimation, and regular delivery follow-ups
• Coordinate dependencies between Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, QA, and other functions
• Balance delivery commitments and business priorities with the iterative nature of creative work
• Maintain visibility of project status, milestones, dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks
• Identify delivery risks, facilitate resolution, and escalate when necessary
• Ensure clear priorities, expectations, and ownership while avoiding unnecessary process overhead
• Support and improve development workflows and processes
• Prepare delivery updates for the CPO, leadership, and stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between teams and stakeholders
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing across projects and teams

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in iGaming within a slot development studio
• Understanding of the full slot game development lifecycle, from concept and pre-production through development, testing, certification, release, and post-release support
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, and QA
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and team capacity
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide structure and predictability amid changing priorities and creative uncertainty
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to identify and escalate delivery risks early
• High flexibility and adaptability
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Nice to have: Product Owner or hybrid PM/PO experience; game design and slot mechanics knowledge; knowledge of RTP, volatility, math models, features, bonuses, and gameplay impact; game certification, compliance, and regulated gambling markets experience; LiveOps and post-release game performance understanding
