Product Manager

• Plan and manage release projects for new products and features, from ideation through UX optimization
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support
• Develop go-to-market strategies and initiatives together with the executive team, Marketing, and Sales
• Track product and feature adoption after launch and identify improvements
• Expand customer communication channels and continuously gather feedback
• Consolidate customer insights and share them with the entire team
• Monitor the market and competitive landscape
• Contribute to product strategy and the roadmap

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to organize projects involving multiple stakeholders in a structured way from start to finish, while keeping track of timelines, scope, and dependencies
• Initial experience launching products or features in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
• Strong customer focus and experience systematically collecting and analyzing large volumes of customer feedback
• Proficiency with product and web analytics, including developing and rapidly testing hypotheses and initiatives
• Experience working in fully remote environments, with strong self-organization, transparent communication, and effective synchronous and asynchronous stakeholder updates
• Fluent English for communication in an international environment
