Expert Project Manager, German – AI Training

• Run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents
• Own throughput, quality and expert performance for the German (Germany) cohort
• Manage delivery across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR
• Manage distributed teams of senior professionals
• Oversee quality control and review workflows
• Meet daily delivery targets
• Collaborate with leading researchers on AI training and enhancement projects

• 5+ years running delivery programs, ideally expert-data, AI training or professional-services operations
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals
• Experience with quality control and review workflows
• Experience meeting daily delivery targets
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported
