Paid Social Manager

• Run Numan's Meta account hands-on every day
• Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, from new account builds to large ad uploads
• Implement the Senior Paid Social Lead's strategy, including account structure changes
• Optimise budgets, bidding, audiences and placements
• Monitor account health, platform diagnostics and performance issues
• Handle ad policy, disapprovals and account restrictions within healthcare compliance guardrails
• Manage feeds in Smartly and support template-led production
• Maintain bulk uploads, naming conventions and quality assurance
• Use AI and automation to improve launches, QA and reporting
• Analyse creative performance across Reels, Stories and Feed, including video, static, UGC and hi-fi assets
• Use Motion and BI tools to identify effective hooks, angles and messages
• Turn findings into creative briefs, insights and hypotheses for live tests
• Run the creative testing programme and document results
• Plan and run landing page tests with the Growth team, interpreting results through CAC and CM2
• Report on CAC, LTV, payback and platform metrics, explaining performance changes
• Support signal quality initiatives with the data team, including CAPI, event setup and value-based optimisation
• Collaborate with brand, creative, CRO and data teams
• Report to the Head of Growth and work closely with the Senior Paid Social Lead

• 3–5 years in paid social, most of it hands-on in Meta Ads Manager at meaningful spend
• Ability to build an account from scratch, restructure one and push large ad uploads live cleanly in Meta
• Strong understanding of creative performance, including video vs static and UGC vs hi-fi, backed by data
• Experience turning creative analysis into actionable insights for a creative team
• Hands-on experience running landing page or on-site tests
• Sound analytical habits: able to explain what changed, why it changed and what to do next
• AI-first approach to tools and automation
• Appetite to learn from an expert, ask good questions and take on more responsibilities
