Cybersecurity Solution Consulting Pre-Sales – ServiceNow, Armis, and Veza

• Lead discovery meetings and workshops to understand the client’s environment, risks, objectives, technical requirements, and decision criteria
• Qualify opportunities with the sales team by identifying use cases, stakeholders, dependencies, and solution fit
• Design architectures connecting asset intelligence, identity context, service criticality, and risk-treatment workflows
• Prepare and deliver technical and executive demonstrations tailored to the client’s industry and challenges
• Plan and lead proofs of concept and proofs of value (PoC/PoV), defining scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, and measurable success criteria
• Develop technical proposals and statements of work (SoWs), including assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and estimates with the delivery team
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, organizing evidence of compliance and clarifying limitations or integration requirements
• Build business cases with explicit assumptions regarding value, operational effort, and risk reduction
• Validate prerequisites, capabilities, and licensing dependencies with vendors and subject-matter experts
• Conduct handovers to the delivery team, documenting commitments, architecture, risks, and expected outcomes
• Develop reusable materials, demonstration scripts, and workshops to support the evolution of 4MATT’s cybersecurity offering
• Position Security Operations and Unified Exposure Management (USEM) on ServiceNow
• Relate vulnerabilities and incidents to the context of assets, configuration items, and business services using CMDB and CSDM
• Design prioritization, assignment, tracking, and remediation processes connecting security and IT operations
• Assess integrations with security and inventory sources, considering data quality, identification, reconciliation, and operational responsibilities
• Explore visibility and classification of managed and unmanaged assets across IT, OT, and IoT environments with Armis
• Demonstrate how asset context, exposure, and criticality support risk prioritization
• Structure inventory-enrichment scenarios and integration with treatment and remediation processes
• Explore visibility into effective access, excessive permissions, human and non-human identities, and the principle of least privilege with Veza
• Relate access intelligence, permission reviews, and identity governance to security and audit requirements

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or cybersecurity consulting, with direct participation in enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and presentations for technical and executive audiences
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability and exposure management, asset inventory, and identity and access security fundamentals
• Relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: security operations and remediation; IT/OT/IoT asset security; IAM, IGA, or permissions governance
• Ability to develop architectures, technical proposals, and statements of work with clearly defined assumptions and responsibilities
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, least privilege, and frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
• English proficiency for reading documentation, participating in technical meetings, and interacting with vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Depth in one relevant domain, an architectural perspective, and the ability to develop expertise across the other platforms
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Armis, and Veza simultaneously is not required
