Data Migration Specialist, SAP

• Lead and support data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation projects
• Analyze, cleanse, validate, and prepare master and transactional data for migration
• Define data requirements, mapping rules, and migration strategies together with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes
• Conduct data quality analyses and propose and implement corrective actions
• Participate in testing cycles (mock loads, integration testing, and UAT), while supporting cutover and go-live planning
• Prepare and maintain migration documentation, mapping specifications, and reconciliation reports
• Investigate and resolve data migration inconsistencies and issues
• Support the definition and continuous improvement of master data standards and governance practices
• Monitor migration metrics and report on status, risks, and deviations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid experience (5+ years) in SAP data migration, data governance, or master data management
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, rollout, or transformation)
• Knowledge of SAP data objects (Finance, Material Master, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, BOM, Routing, among others)
• Experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, EWM, SD, or related processes
• Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation methodologies
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or similar)
• Advanced English proficiency for oral and written communication
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
• SAP certifications (especially SAP MDG or functional modules) — a plus
• Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM) and SAP Data Services (BODS) — a plus
• Knowledge of SAP architecture (Public Cloud / SAP Activate) — a plus
• Experience with large-scale global projects and cutover activities — a plus
• Knowledge of data governance and MDM frameworks — a plus
• Experience with SQL and advanced data analysis techniques — a plus
