Project Analyst II

• Serve as the internal point of reference for the requirements set out in the public notice and contract, including workload, attendance, teaching staff, infrastructure, enrollment, dropout rates, and other obligations
• Translate requirements into an obligations map with deadlines, responsible parties, and required evidence
• Track amendments, notices, and regulatory changes to the program, updating the map and alerting the relevant team
• Prepare and submit accountability reports by the deadline and in the format required by the government agency, for every reporting cycle
• Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation with the academic, finance, registrar, and campus teams
• Verify consistency between reported data and internal databases before any submission
• Respond to inquiries and requests for clarification from the government agency within the required timeframe
• Monitor the financial schedule, projected and received amounts, discrepancies, and outstanding items
• Identify and address disallowed costs, determine their causes, and correct the originating processes
• Maintain operational relationships with the Department of Education and other agencies involved
• Maintain a complete, organized, and traceable document archive for inspections or audits
• Monitor indicators required by the public notice and flag deviations
• Propose process improvements to address recurring issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience preparing accountability reports for agreements, contracts, or partnerships with public authorities—or in controllership, compliance, or auditing with a strong documentation component
• Advanced Excel skills for database verification and reconciliation, including lookups, pivot tables, list comparisons, and version control
• Strong formal writing skills, including official letters, responses to inquiries, and communications with public agencies
• Experience with education programs funded by state or federal governments, such as Trilhas de Futuro, PRONATEC, PROPAG, or equivalent programs
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to partnerships and contracts with public authorities
• Familiarity with academic operations, including enrollment, class records, attendance, workload, and academic records
• Experience using government agency portals and accountability reporting systems
