Sales Representative – New Customer Acquisition for Insulating Glass

• Actively acquire new customers in the insulating glass sector, with a focus on window manufacturing companies
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships in the sales regions of Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt, as well as neighboring areas
• Identify market potential and new business opportunities for the insulating glass sites in Peißen, Zerbst, and Eberswalde
• Advise prospects and new customers on products and services
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored, sustainable solutions together with specialist departments and production sites
• Independently plan and conduct customer visits and networking activities
• Support new customers during the launch phase and ensure a successful start to the cooperation
• Hand over ongoing customer support to the responsible local sales teams once the business relationship has been successfully established
• Represent the SEMCO Group with customers, at events, and through industry contacts

• Several years of experience in the window, façade, glass, or related industries, ideally in sales, field sales, or business development
• Technical understanding of products and applications related to insulating glass
• Enthusiasm for acquiring new customers and building long-term business relationships
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Strategic sales mindset and the ability to successfully develop market opportunities
• Strong solution-oriented approach and an understanding of individual customer requirements
• Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
• Independent and well-structured way of working
• High willingness to travel within the sales territory
• Class B driver's license
