Trilingual Operations Analyst – Pharmaceutical Industry

• Monitor operational KPIs
• Generate quantitative and qualitative reports, conduct analyses, and create effective action plans
• Present results
• Provide operational support across all areas
• Suggest improvements to correct issues, optimize processes, and provide feedback to operations and the contracting client
• Validate and adapt new processes for operational use
• Define objectives and establish communication and employee-adherence plans
• Continuously evaluate processes after implementation
• Assess results by employee, compare them with established objectives, and course-correct with the direct manager
• Serve and support the B2B client and the Commercial team
• Build relationships and collaborate with different departments
• Turn data into practical actions and drive continuous process improvement

• Pursuing or completed higher education is a plus (not mandatory)
• Performance evaluation score of 100 or higher (Good Performer)
• Meet the minimum time-in-role requirement, in accordance with policy NI-002
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is desirable, such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing functionality
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Intermediate French proficiency (written or spoken)
• Dynamic profile, with a sense of urgency and agility in performing activities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High level of commitment and professional responsibility
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must not be an intern or apprentice
• Time to Talk rating of Good or above
• Must meet the minimum company and current-role tenure requirements specified for the position
