Implementation Project Manager – Tax Reform

À propos du poste

• Plan and execute 12-week projects (installation and configuration, unit and integration testing), followed by 30 days of hypercare, with a RACI matrix, timeline, risks, and phase-specific acceptance criteria.
• Manage 3 to 7 implementations simultaneously, allocating functional consultants (MM, FI, Oracle, Protheus) and ABAP engineering resources according to capacity.
• Control the contracted hours package (project, additional development, and support), converting out-of-scope requests into change orders with explicit scope, hours, and pricing.
• Serve as the client’s executive point of contact: lead weekly steering committees, provide status reports, and manage expectations with Tax, IT, and Finance stakeholders.
• Resolve client prerequisites (master data cleansing, environments, access, and settlement bank) before they become blockers.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, cutover, and the first assisted tax assessment cycle with the client and SERPRO’s public platform.
• Consolidate lessons learned into a reusable implementation playbook and support presales with effort estimates.

• Strong experience managing ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS), with at least 3 complete implementations or rollouts under your responsibility.
• Experience with projects involving significant tax or finance components (Brazil localization, electronic invoicing, accounts payable, and tax assessment).
• Knowledge of the impacts of Brazil’s Tax Reform (IBS/CBS, Split Payment, Buyer Collection, and the 2026–2033 transition) sufficient to engage in discussions with the client’s Tax Director.
• Multi-client portfolio management, including control of hours, margins, and scope.
• Executive-level communication in Portuguese: concise status updates, documented decisions, and early conflict management.
• Experience working at a product or SaaS company with a standardized implementation model.
• Experience with API-based integrations between ERP systems and external platforms.
• English proficiency for reading documentation.
