Project Management Intern – AI Projects

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of AI and innovation initiatives
• Organize project activities, timelines, priorities, and documentation
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Collaborate with AI specialists, consultants, and business teams
• Participate in the definition and improvement of project management processes
• Help structure requirements, meeting outcomes, and project deliverables
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency through Artificial Intelligence and automation
• Support the creation, testing, and implementation of AI agents and AI-powered solutions
• Work with global customers on innovative Digital & Data projects

• Students currently pursuing their professional internship/practicum in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• English B2+ (required)
• Comfortable participating in meetings, presentations, and day-to-day conversations in English
• Available to start a university internship according to academic requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
• Practical experience through academic, personal, research, or extracurricular projects involving AI
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them
• Structured communication skills to document solutions and present technical ideas clearly
