• Provide professional, friendly and empathetic customer support
• Handle account management and billing inquiries
• Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers toward effective solutions
• Explain products, services and features clearly
• Understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information and follow established quality standards
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach throughout every interaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, international environment
• Complete approximately 2 weeks of onboarding training conducted in English

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and Euskera/Basque
• English at B1 level or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology, digital platforms and online tools
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic when handling customer issues
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new products, processes and customer situations
• Comfortable working in a diverse international team
• Availability for a 24/7 rotational support environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week and 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break
• Previous customer service experience is valuable but not required
• Candidates must be able to work in Portugal; international candidates must relocate to Portugal
