Senior Technical Property Manager – Company Car Included

• Technical management of predominantly commercial properties within the Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt service area
• Planning and monitoring minor maintenance, modernization, and refurbishment projects
• Preparing and monitoring budgets
• Managing tenders, obtaining and reviewing quotations, awarding contracts, and supervising and inspecting construction work
• Coordinating and monitoring external service providers
• Ensuring the maintenance of technical building systems and compliance with statutory requirements
• Managing defect and warranty claims
• Coordinating subcontractor services
• Collaborating with Commercial Property Management

• Completed vocational training or a degree with a technical focus, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the technical management of properties, particularly commercial properties
• Experience in Technical Property Management
• Expertise in technical real estate management
• Strong IT skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to inspect properties in the region
• Residence in Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt or the surrounding area
• Valid driver’s license
• Degree certificates and employment references
