AI, Data & Digital Transformation Expert – f/m

• Develop AI agents and advanced data analytics solutions to accelerate digital transformation and support the integrity of global activities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and reusable digital solutions for audit teams in compliance with AI Governance and GDPR
• Support use case maturation from ideation to deployment, including continuous auditing, automated working papers, and business case tracking
• Develop data models, dashboards, and statistical analyses to script and execute automated audit analytics routines
• Coordinate solution implementation across IT, digital, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
• Define maintenance, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks for deployed audit analytics and AI tools
• Drive the digital evolution of audit operations as part of a functional, multicultural, and transnational team

• Significant professional experience (5+ years) in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related technical domains
• Proven technical mastery of Python, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Google Workspace, Gemini, and AI/LLM frameworks
• Background in Digital Transformation projects and/or Internal Audit analytics
• Demonstrated agility to rapidly master complex regulatory frameworks (export control, trade laws)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transnational environment
