Learning Designer

• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI
• Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs
• Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices
• Create workbooks for assignments and guidelines for learners to complete a successful capstone project
• Assess what went well across programs and develop reusable learning assets adaptable for different client needs
• Review learning materials developed by subject matter experts and offer feedback to improve the learning experience
• Iterate on lessons based on instructor and learner feedback
• Ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, including assessment, delivery, and facilitation
• Define timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while balancing flexibility for specific needs
• Analyze data to drive decisions, monitor program performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact
• Manage resource allocation to meet competing deadlines and ensure high-quality work on time and within budget

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field
• Experience in designing courses for adult learners
• Comfortable with designing corporate training for data and AI topics
• Experience in applying effective strategies to engage learners and help them achieve learning goals
• Superior written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Biased for action; tenacious
• Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop
• Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills, with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to quickly learn new tools
• Working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone
