CRM Specialist, HubSpot

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms
• Configure sales pipelines, automations, and workflows
• Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data quality, organization, and integrity in the CRM
• Create executive dashboards and reports
• Integrate the CRM with other tools (marketing, customer service, BI, etc.)
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in using the platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer journeys
• Implement automations to increase scalability and productivity
• Train internal users and promote CRM best practices
• Work at Develcode, a technology company delivering innovative software solutions

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (administration, workflows, automations, and reporting)
• Experience with Monday.com or similar tools
• Experience implementing and/or managing CRM systems
• Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journeys
• Experience analyzing data and metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
• Familiarity with API integrations or integration tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Advanced knowledge of Java
• Advanced knowledge of databases
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred qualifications: HubSpot certifications; experience with other CRM systems; knowledge of SQL or BI tools; familiarity with marketing automation; experience in SaaS companies or high-growth environments
