Mobile Developer – Kotlin Multiplatform, AI Agents

• Build apps with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Develop natively for iOS or Android as needed.
• Build websites with React, Astro, and Tailwind.
• Consider SEO, performance, and accessibility from the outset.
• Automate with n8n and integrate internal tools such as Asana, Grafana, and Google APIs.
• Continuously improve the AI harness with new skills, better rules, and clean context.
• Clarify requirements with project partners and independently develop solutions.

• You work with coding agents every day and can show us the skills, rules, or workflows you have built for them yourself.
• You recognize when an agent produces poor results and understand why.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform from real-world projects.
• Fluent in German (C1 minimum).
• Good command of English.
• You take ownership instead of simply checking off tickets.
• You genuinely want to make a move—not just test your market value.
• Native development, Astro, and Payload are a plus; with agents, you can learn and apply them.
• CV, Git repository, and answers to two application questions required.
