Senior Associate Attorney

• Draft and review contracts, memoranda, legal opinions, and various legal documents
• Represent the company or clients in administrative and judicial proceedings, including before higher courts
• Coordinate legal audits and due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation
• Participate in strategic meetings with senior management or clients to assess risks and support decision-making
• Work as an associate attorney with technical and professional autonomy
• Manage your own schedule, with flexibility regarding the work location
• Collaborate on the firm’s caseload and legal strategies
• Work on legal and business strategies

• Law degree
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• At least 3 years of professional legal experience, with demonstrated experience in credit recovery
• Proficiency in legal management tools, including legal software and technology applied to the practice of law
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic and proactive mindset
• Reside in the interior region of São Paulo State

• Compensation consisting of a share of legal fees and variable amounts tied to productivity, successful outcomes, and results, in accordance with criteria agreed upon by the parties
