Mid-Level Attorney

• Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters
• Review documents and draft legal pleadings
• Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize the likelihood of success and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contribute to achieving established goals and maintaining legal certainty
• Act as a negotiator and dispute resolution professional, ensuring efficient outcomes
• Handle various stages of legal proceedings, from reviewing and drafting contracts to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings
• Perform, organize, and oversee legal advisory activities
• Ensure that commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients
• Guide the review and development of legal pleadings and documents
• Prepare litigation and legal contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system
• Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity
• Assess risks, conduct legal analyses, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus
• Specialization in Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law
• At least 6 months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
• Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
• Strong focus on drafting legal pleadings and contract review
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Position for an attorney specializing in drafting legal pleadings, compensated at BRL 15.00 per task/output
• Fixed monthly compensation of BRL 4,000.00 for the first three months
• Position also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)
