Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

• Audit, fix, and improve the email setup end to end
• Own email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
• Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, and sending practices
• Run email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
• Manage contact-list segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
• Coordinate event communication including registrations, reminders, follow-ups, and replay campaigns
• Build SOPs and rules for team use of email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Produce weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs
• Test subject lines, timing, and CTAs and recommend improvements
• Work with multiple internal teams and brands
• Build a new marketing function from scratch and take ownership of messaging performance

• 2–3+ years of experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and deliverability
• Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warm-up
• Experience running SMS campaigns
• Strong automation, segmentation, and customer journey experience
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Google Postmaster and deliverability monitoring experience preferred
• Webinar and event marketing experience preferred
• WhatsApp Business Platform knowledge preferred
• Basic HTML email knowledge preferred
• Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week
• Ability to work 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for an 8-hour shift
• Must have stable, high-speed internet
• Must have a secondary internet source for power outages
• Must own or obtain a personal computer capable of handling work tasks
• Willingness to install and use Zoom, Skype, and Slack
• Proposed gross salary acceptance of 90,000 LKR per month during the six-month probation
• Sri Lankan citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Sri Lanka
