Rust Developer

• Contribute to socially relevant digitalization projects for public-sector clients
• Harmonize interfaces and build an exchange platform for drinking water hygiene
• Develop innovative end-to-end solutions for comprehensive daycare center management
• Design and implement requirements in a Rust microservices landscape
• Develop sustainable software solutions
• Further develop the application architecture with a focus on the bigger picture

• Several years of professional experience in Rust development
• Experience with async/await syntax and Tokio
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell, Git, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
• Strong knowledge of API and web frameworks, particularly Axum
• Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, SeaORM, and native drivers, e.g., for MongoDB
• Practical experience with messaging and microservices
• Experience with event-driven architecture, ideally NATS.io and async_nats
• Excellent German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Good English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Curious, solution-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work
