Senior Consultant, Advisor

• Analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured, actionable solutions together with the team
• Structure complex problems, evaluate data, and derive well-founded recommendations, such as benchmarks and variance analyses
• Present findings and work with stakeholders at various levels
• Take ownership of work packages and be responsible for their implementation
• Build your own network among clients and continue developing your role within the project team
• Contribute to internal initiatives and support knowledge development across the company
• Work in project teams and independently drive topics forward

• At least two years of experience in management or strategy consulting
• Experience working independently on projects or sub-projects
• Excellent academic record with a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related technical field
• Ability to quickly structure complex topics and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence in client situations
• Willingness to take responsibility for topics and drive them forward
• Excellent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel as part of project work
