Systems Architect, BRM, Oracle

• Lead Oracle BRM-related development within the transformation program and other company projects
• Define reference architectures for new products, offers, customer journeys, and billing processes
• Ensure solutions align with corporate architectural principles and business needs
• Serve as a technical reference for development, engineering, operations, and partner teams
• Design integrations between Oracle BRM and BSS/OSS ecosystem systems, including CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Middleware, and digital platforms
• Lead impact analyses, technical assessments, and the definition of evolution roadmaps
• Support technology modernization, automation, and the adoption of API- and event-driven architectures
• Ensure non-functional requirements for performance, availability, security, observability, and resilience
• Develop technical enhancements across any application module

• Extensive experience in telecommunications billing systems architecture
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Cloud Native
• Knowledge of the ECE rating module
• Experience defining solutions for rating, billing, collections, and revenue management processes
• Knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, messaging, and enterprise systems integration
• Experience working in mission-critical, high-volume transaction environments
• Experience leading architectural decisions in technology transformation programs
