Email Marketing and CRM Manager

• Work with online shops in sectors including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion
• Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
• Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships
• Plan, coordinate, and take full responsibility for project execution
• Develop email marketing and CRM strategies
• Collaborate with operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
• Develop and apply best practices for sending volume and email marketing
• Design and implement innovative tests
• Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
• Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work with new tools
• Open and positive communication style
• Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
• Fluency in German
• Solid written and spoken English skills
• Must reside in Germany or be legally eligible to apply for roles in Germany, as this position is limited to applicants in Germany
