AI Enablement and Learning Specialist

• Research practical, AI-powered ways to deliver learning goals and recommend implementation opportunities
• Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations and turn effective ones into working solutions
• Build and launch learning initiatives from initial idea through adoption
• Run and improve async onboarding with a mostly automated experience
• Organize and maintain learning knowledge so it is findable, trusted, and current
• Automate enrollments, reminders, tracking, and reporting across learning systems
• Maintain learning systems and tools including Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude
• Create short learning modules, guides, and resources as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand learning needs and develop practical solutions

• Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge
• Hands-on experience building with AI
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• Comfort with technical systems and tools
• Systems mindset and ability to follow through to working solutions
• Ability to solve problems from ambiguity and turn rough goals into clear plans
• People-first approach focused on learner experience
• Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications
• Proactive and independent work style
• Great written communication in English
• Comfort working asynchronously in a remote team
• Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus
• Experience with learning platforms such as an LMS is a plus
