Product Manager, Privacy

• Own how Sparteo products collect, read, and apply consent signals across FastCMP, Actirise, Viously, and Meetscale on web, app, and CTV
• Lead the Privacy squad and report to the VP Product
• Own the FastCMP consent signal engine roadmap covering IAB TCF, GPP, GPC, Google Consent Mode, and US privacy signals
• Define jurisdictions, applicable frameworks, and default behavior by country
• Deliver new standards versions on web, app, and CTV
• Translate standards and laws into product specifications for each channel
• Own the compliance checklist for consent-related initiatives
• Verify that consent signals are correctly collected, respected, and transmitted
• Measure revenue impact of privacy-compliant monetization options
• Monetize traffic with no or partial consent using legitimate interest, contextual advertising, and no-ad rules
• Own IAB TCF and Google CMP certifications and prevent deregistration risk
• Manage vendors and custom vendors
• Validate interpretations with the Data Protection Officer
• Serve as product privacy contact for strategic clients and partners
• Monitor regulations and standards and convert them into roadmap items
• Apply the agentic-first principle using executable privacy rules, clean data contracts, and access controls
• Collaborate with Engagement, UX Orchestration, Analytics, FastCMP engineering, and the DPO

• 5+ years in privacy, CMP, or ad tech, including product experience
• Experience shipping products in the privacy, CMP, or ad tech ecosystem
• Mastery of IAB TCF, GPP, OpenRTB consent fields, GDPR and ePrivacy, and US privacy laws including CCPA and state laws
• Ability to distinguish mandatory requirements from recommendations and prove decisions with numbers
• Technical literacy; ability to write specifications engineers can apply without back-and-forth
• SQL basics, dashboards, and A/B testing experience
• Daily use of an AI assistant such as Claude
• Built skills and agentic workflows in product management work
• Comfortable working with lawyers and engineers
• Fluent in English and French
