Senior Consultant – Quality Analyst

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements and business processes
• Oversee test execution, manage test environments, and ensure adherence to test procedures
• Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution with development teams
• Collaborate with development, business analyst, and project manager teams to ensure successful testing
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate test status, findings, issues, and concerns
• Lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and motivate team members
• Own and drive defect management and QA progress reporting throughout the testing lifecycle
• Develop and maintain QA dashboards and KPI frameworks
• Track and present daily/weekly QA metrics, including planned, ready, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending test cases, plus execution and pass percentages
• Provide defect analytics by module, severity/priority, status, age, and business impact, identifying trends and urgent areas

• 8+ years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and architecture
• Experience conducting integration testing between B2B, OFS, CPQ, and upstream/downstream systems such as CRM and ERP
• Experience with Selenium (Java), Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, and TOSCA for test case analysis, execution, and reporting
• Ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members
• Full-time/permanent availability and ability to work 40 hours per week
