Senior E-commerce Content Designer, AI-Generated Images, Video & 3D Publishing

• Create compelling e-commerce product content for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other relevant marketplaces
• Develop storyboards and creative concepts for product images, infographics, lifestyle visuals, and videos
• Research products, features, benefits, target customers, and competitor listings to inform creative direction
• Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and other marketplace-specific creative assets
• Adapt and optimize visual content for different marketplace requirements and customer audiences
• Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and refine product images, lifestyle scenes, and marketing visuals
• Create product videos and other visual assets using AI-assisted and traditional production tools
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for visual quality, realism, consistency, and product accuracy
• Review creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product specifications
• Prepare, upload, and publish product images, A+ Content, videos, and other creative assets across supported marketplaces
• Review live listings after publication and troubleshoot basic content and publishing issues
• Work with existing 3D product models and use Cohom for product visualization and modifications
• Understand and support Amazon 3D and augmented reality publishing workflows
• Maintain organized creative assets, templates, product content, project documentation, content trackers, and asset libraries
• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, revisions, approvals, and publishing activities with team members
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to coordinate content production and publishing
• Communicate progress, identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and assess engagement/conversion results with the marketplace team

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce content design, creative production, product imagery, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience creating and publishing e-commerce content for Amazon and Walmart
• Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon A+ Content, product imagery, infographics, and other marketplace-specific creative assets
• Practical experience creating content for e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair or similar marketplaces
• Understanding of 3D visualization platforms, such as Cohom, and 3D content publishing workflows
• Understanding of Amazon’s 3D/AR publishing workflow, including preparing or coordinating existing 3D models, submission requirements, and verifying the published result
• Ability to develop storyboards and translate creative concepts into finished product content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and relevant image-editing tools
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for image generation, image enhancement, and/or video production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Working knowledge of 3D product visualization and publishing workflows
• Familiarity with AI-powered visualization tools and platforms such as Cohom, or ability to learn similar tools
• Familiarity with marketplace content requirements and publishing processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Based in the Philippines and able to work full-time with at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with California working hours
• Reliable internet connection, appropriate work equipment, and a suitable remote working environment
