Full Stack Developer

• Develop scalable, secure, fault-tolerant, and well-documented web applications across backend and frontend
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web user interfaces
• Create automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products
• Review, debug, optimize, and refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Proactively identify and discuss system, security, UX, and performance improvements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring

• At least 7 years of professional software development experience building web applications
• Strong expertise in either backend or frontend development, with working knowledge of the complementary stack
• Backend-focused developers: at least 4 years of experience with .NET/ASP.NET Core, Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), or Python (Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks)
• Frontend-focused developers: at least 4 years of experience with React or Angular
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and clean coding principles, including SOLID, KISS, DRY, and YAGNI
• Knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS/SSL, authentication, security best practices, performance, and optimization
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, NestJS, Django, or FastAPI is advantageous
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is advantageous
• Experience writing automated tests is advantageous
• Experience monitoring application and database performance is advantageous
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous
