Field Service Technician

• Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and for system operators
• Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participate in the on-call service to help customers as quickly as possible
• Advance sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

• Completed relevant vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
• Additional training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong customer focus and willingness to travel
• Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
