Technical Representative, Altra Running

• Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, both in-store and outdoors.
• Act as the regional product expert and key contact between Altra, sales representatives, and retail accounts.
• Share valuable field insights.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners to motivate and support store teams.
• Ensure high-quality in-store brand presentation through merchandising and POS execution.
• Organize events and represent Altra at trade shows, store openings, and customer events.
• Lead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadors.
• Provide reports and presentations.
• Manage budgets and occasionally support the sales representative in order management.
• Drive brand awareness and sales performance across Poland and Austria.

• Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation - ideally in the running or outdoor industry.
• Passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently.
• High Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Native speaker or fluent in Polish and German; English language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Poland and Austria.
• Ability to provide reports and presentations, manage budgets, and support order management.
