Field Service Technician

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area
• Participating in the on-call service to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions in the Cologne region

• Completed relevant vocational training as an SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating and air conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Valid refrigerant handling certificate
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel
