Construction Recruiter

• Own the hiring pipeline for skilled trades and commercial construction professionals
• Review submissions, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications
• Recommend shortlisted candidates for client interviews
• Maintain organized candidate records and track recruiting activity
• Proactively headhunt candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Target candidates in carpentry, welding, steel erection, and commercial construction trades
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners
• Manage communication across active recruiting channels
• Research potential business opportunities and conduct initial outreach
• Maintain a lead pipeline for management review
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate recruiting records
• Assist with recruiting-related social media content and light marketing coordination
• Support additional administrative or outreach tasks as needed

• Demonstrated experience in US-based recruitment
• Construction industry recruiting experience preferred
• Proficiency across multiple sourcing and headhunting platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive, organized, and self-directed
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong follow-through
• Availability for 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time schedule
