Founder's Associate – Product Focus

• Own the bug and feature queue for internal tools
• Triage requests and prioritize by business impact
• Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools
• Speak with tool users to understand underlying problems
• Improve end-to-end user experience, including confusing or slow workflows
• Test changes before release
• Identify and flag changes that could cause regressions
• Maintain documentation to accelerate future fixes
• Take on larger projects that improve business operations
• Work directly with the COO and CCO

• Business-minded, with focus on why something is being built and whether it moves a business metric
• Product sense and user-first thinking
• Has built a side project, internal tool, app, automation, or similar
• Understanding of databases, APIs, frontend/backend connections, and dependencies when changing tables
• Careful testing and understanding of work before shipping
• Strong written English
• Fast, proactive, high energy, and self-directed
• 1–3 years of experience
• Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Startup or recruiting/marketplace business experience preferred but not required

• Fully remote
