Software Developer – .NET, SharePoint

• Own Tier 2 fixes end-to-end by investigating issues, reproducing defects in lower environments, implementing solutions, and supporting validation through release
• Develop production-ready solutions using secure SDLC practices, clean maintainable code, and sound architectural decisions
• Support patches, enhancements, post-deployment validation, rollback, and mitigation activities
• Build and maintain APIs and supporting integration components across systems
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or on-premises solutions
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teams to clarify requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and resolve testing defects
• Update documentation, improve monitoring and logging, and reduce repeat incidents through proactive enhancements
• Use ITSM tools to track, update, and resolve incidents and change requests

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development across build, deployment, and support
• Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles
• Ability to work with technical design documentation
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
• Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance is preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot
• Comfortable working across custom applications and vendor-supported SaaS environments
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is an asset; training will be provided
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Enterprise, and related development tools is required
• Exposure to Power BI is an asset
• Exposure to emerging AI development paradigms such as agentic development is a plus
• Ability to work the primary support window of 5:30 PM–8:30 AM IST, with 9 hours/day including a 1-hour break
