Commercial Planning Analyst I

• Transform data into insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards that tell the story of Sales Funnel, Attraction, and Retention metrics
• Act as an internal consultant for partner teams
• Negotiate deadlines and ensure data supports national and regional targets
• Promote planning best practices
• Identify smarter and more sophisticated ways to analyze the business
• Conduct ad hoc studies on complex, specific issues
• Provide the executive board with quick answers

• Bachelor’s degree completed
• Analytical mindset
• Experience analyzing data and extracting non-obvious insights
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI (essential for visualization)
• Assertive communication
• Ability to translate complex numbers into clear, impactful executive presentations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Python or programming logic
• Previous experience in the Education sector or in MIS/Commercial Planning roles
