Tax Accountant – E-Commerce Onboarding

• Provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via email and video calls with accounting-related issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
• Identify recurring issues and improve solutions
• Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on SMART goals
• Experience using DATEV (required)
• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work
• Open to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first environment
• Fluent in German and English
