Customer Implementation Engineer

• Implement and customize Telepaxx services for customers
• Set up and configure customer environments in the TMD Cloud
• Further develop tools and processes for the secure and efficient operation and modification of cloud services (Cloud Operations)
• Act as a subject-matter contact for users and PACS team IT staff regarding medical imaging data management solutions
• Conduct root-cause analyses
• Collaborate across departments
• Continuously optimize change and operational processes

• Completed vocational training or university degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
• Practical experience administering cloud services and working with Infrastructure as Code
• Proficiency with Docker containers and container orchestration
• Strong SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• Good English language skills
• Nice to have: Knowledge of clinical IT, particularly PACS systems
• Nice to have: Knowledge of DICOM, IHE, and HL7
• Nice to have: Knowledge of cloud service security standards, such as BSI C5 and the Cloud Controls Matrix
