SEO Specialist

• Develop, coordinate, and implement actionable SEO strategies to achieve organic traffic and visibility targets
• Implement AI tools and automated workflows for SEO processes, competitor monitoring, data analysis, content, and link-building operations
• Identify traffic and conversion opportunities, test SEO hypotheses, and explore non-standard approaches
• Conduct competitor research and SERP monitoring within the iGaming industry
• Diagnose traffic and ranking declines and develop recovery strategies for Google manual actions, algorithmic demotions, spam-related penalties, and technical issues
• Collaborate with content managers, link builders, developers, product managers, designers, and SEO leadership
• Prepare regular performance reports with conclusions, priorities, recommendations, and next steps

• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis
• Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools
• Ability to perform technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirect, and internal linking issues
• Experience creating content briefs and SEO requirements for copywriters
• Ability to optimise existing content based on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion data, and competitor analysis
• Ability to apply E-E-A-T principles when improving website content, author profiles, and overall website credibility
• Experience with link-building strategies and backlink profile analysis
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, structured data, and website architecture
• Ability to explain SEO recommendations clearly to writers, developers, and other team members
