• Document model failure modes to improve model reasoning
• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Dutch language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
• Expertise in verb conjugation, sentence structure, formality levels, regional dialects, word order, and Dutch writing systems
• A master’s or PhD in Dutch language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Peer‑reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects signal fit
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential
