Mandatory Internship Student – Business Development

• Support the technical maintenance and further development of websites, including WordPress, CMS customizations, and plug-in integration.
• Analyze the performance of websites and social media channels using SEO and tracking data.
• Conduct systematic keyword and competitor analyses and derive recommendations for optimization.
• Implement and evaluate tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Develop automated workflows for Sales and Business Development, including CRM processes, lead routing, reporting, and follow-up automation.
• Analyze sales data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare relevant KPIs in reports and presentations.
• Ensure the technical quality of content in terms of loading speed, usability, and accessibility.
• Create reports and dashboards covering reach, conversions, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team at Digitalagenten, a digital marketing agency.

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program, such as Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a technical interest and, ideally, initial experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Initial knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is an advantage.
• You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy understanding and optimizing technical processes.
• You work in a structured manner and are able to present complex data clearly.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
• This is a mandatory internship as part of a degree program; you must be an enrolled student.
