Application Support, Testing Specialist – Radio Systems

• Provide timely technical support to users
• Facilitate application training sessions for users
• Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments
• Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application
• Manage defects via Jira
• Troubleshoot user issues
• Maintain ROL system rules and models using JavaScript
• Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices
• Improve the Radio Online (ROL) application

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
• Great verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps simply and help users with patience and empathy
• Knowledge or experience with digital and/or analog radio technologies and dispatch consoles is nice to have
• JavaScript knowledge for variables, loops, and functions
• Ability to work in an Agile team
• Experience with integration and system testing in cloud environments
• Experience managing defects via Jira
