Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting

• Report to an Engagement Manager accountable for the client engagements led
• Partner with the PMO on project management practice development, tools, and methodology
• Lead up to 5 projects with teams of 2 to 10 consultants
• Serve as the client’s advocate throughout the engagement
• Manage full-cycle NetSuite implementations across Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Transition phases
• Manage project scope, timeline, work breakdown, resource allocation, and budget
• Lead client project status meetings and partner on monthly steering committee meetings
• Manage change control procedures and expectations
• Assess and log non-standard features before implementation
• Support client change management efforts
• Ensure quality of communications and deliverables
• Maintain daily time entries and review consultant time before billing close
• Own weekly utilization planning and forecasting; escalate utilization or capacity risks
• Maintain project task lists and update project plans weekly
• Maintain the RAID log in Smartsheet and review it in status and steering committee meetings
• Proactively surface and document project risks and impacts
• Acknowledge coaching, direction, and client communications within 24 business hours
• Communicate budget consumption weekly by stage, activity code, and resource
• Apply BPC’s AI-augmented delivery toolset and contribute improvements
• Delegate work to junior resources
• Participate in Velocity missions and firm improvement initiatives
• Submit reusable project artifacts to knowledge management at engagement close
• Develop skills in PM tools, industries, and NetSuite product areas as required

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Solid experience managing ERP implementations
• Demonstrated operational reliability, including timely time entry, accurate forecasting, and follow-through on coaching
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong background managing projects in consulting services or another professional services setting
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
• Comfortable leading on-site client workshops
• Experience managing projects with teams of 5+ across multiple workstreams
• Comfort working within an AI-augmented delivery model
• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM) desirable
• NetSuite Product Experience and Certifications desirable
• MBA, Masters, or other advanced degrees desirable
• Experience contributing to firm-wide methodology, knowledge management, or operating model initiatives desirable
