Senior SEA Campaign Manager – Accounts with Large Google Ads Budgets

• Operatively optimize Google Ads accounts for growth clients, particularly Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, as well as Display, Video, and Demand Gen where applicable
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies based on ROAS, POAS, CPA, conversion rate, and profitability
• Develop clean, scalable campaign and feed structures aligned with the customer journey
• Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and derive concrete optimization measures and tests
• Directly implement optimizations and tests in the accounts
• Test custom labels, audience signals, margin logic, and creatives
• Turn successful setups into stable standards
• Work closely with Account Management, Copy, Design, and Tracking teams
• Take operational responsibility for the performance of selected large e-commerce growth clients with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, ideally in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment
• Sound understanding of Search, Shopping, and ideally Performance Max campaigns
• Confident working with ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and AOV; a POAS/profit-oriented mindset is a plus
• Ideally, initial experience with feed optimization, custom labels, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, or CRO/A/B testing
• Strong eye for data, audiences, budgets, and creatives
• Structured approach to work, high quality standards, and well-documented setups
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and willing to develop both professionally and personally
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
