Video Editor – Real Estate & Lifestyle

• Edit 4 to 10 high-quality videos per month
• Edit raw footage and transform it into engaging videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
• Adapt videos for vertical formats and professional LinkedIn formats
• Create and implement motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
• Perform professional color correction and color grading
• Handle basic audio mixing and sound design
• Work with footage captured by DJI drones and 4K smartphone videos
• Apply best practices for codecs, frame rates, and video resolution
• Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds of videos
• Develop pacing and rhythm to maintain viewer engagement
• Use AI upscaling tools and stay current with video production trends
• Organize the workflow to meet monthly deliverables
• Execute creatively based on client guidelines
• Participate in weekly meetings during peak periods
• Bring new ideas, identify creative opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of the content

• More than 3 years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and VFX
• Strong knowledge of professional color correction and color grading
• Basic knowledge of audio mixing and sound design
• Experience working with DJI drone footage and 4K video
• Experience adapting content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
• Proven ability to tell stories visually
• Fluency in Portuguese or English — candidates fluent in both languages preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with real estate, property, or tourism videos
• Knowledge of current video production and editing trends
• Experience with AI tools for content generation, editing, or upscaling
• Ability to propose new ideas and creative solutions
