Senior Power BI, Data Specialist

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimise data models using Power BI and Power Query.
• Create data processing and automation solutions using Python.
• Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analytical activities.
• Leverage Databricks and modern analytics platforms for scalable reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions.
• Support intuitive and user-friendly analytical interfaces.
• Explain technical concepts, opportunities, and constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement of data products and analytics services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.
• Promote analytics best practices, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and support implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least six (6) years of experience, after having completed university studies, in data management and software development.
• Proficiency in two or more of: business intelligence tools, data visualisation, controlled terminologies, business glossaries and ontologies, data architectures, data integration pipelines, data validation processes and pipelines, and master data management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, Power Query, dashboard and report development, and semantic models.
• Strong experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, cloud-based analytics environments, and containerized platforms utilizing Kubernetes.
• Experience with data integration and analytics platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and analytical solutions.
• Experience developing or supporting analytical and user-facing reporting interfaces.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
• Familiarity with modern BI and data engineering practices.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders in English.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher according to the CEFR.
• Advantageous: experience in international, regulated, or public-sector environments; enterprise-scale analytics initiatives; cloud-based analytics and data platforms; AI-assisted analytics, advanced reporting, or data-driven automation; data governance or data product management concepts.
