Senior Product Designer – m/f/d

• Own the end-to-end product design process for mobile B2B and B2C apps on iOS and Android
• Discover problems, opportunities, and challenges for user and business needs
• Prepare and facilitate user interviews
• Analyze competition and monitor design trends
• Analyze internal data
• Conduct ideation to identify the best solution
• Create, test, and improve concepts until reaching an effective solution
• Apply visual design and create high-fidelity prototypes where needed
• Prepare production-ready assets and stories for development
• Partner with product management on strategy, industry, and business needs
• Collaborate with design peers to provide consistent design across products
• Work with engineering to ensure a smooth product development process
• Build a new B2C app for applicants from scratch (80%)
• Maintain and improve the existing B2B app for recruiters (20%)

• 5+ years of Product Design experience in product companies
• Proven ability to design valuable solutions for complex product problems
• Experience in designing web apps (mobile & desktop) and native apps (iOS & Android)
• Basic understanding of SaaS solutions that combines both B2B and B2C contexts
• Solid set of UX methodologies to facilitate design workshops, doing product discovery, user interviews and running UX in agile environments
• An effective problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
• Open design feedback culture
• Fluent spoken and written English
