Financial Assistant

• Support the department’s financial and administrative routines
• Monitor and control financing processes
• Update and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators
• Process and verify financial data
• Provide support for the department’s operational needs
• Track deadlines and follow up on requests
• Collaborate with internal departments to align activities and resolve outstanding issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Contribute to the operational efficiency and quality of deliverables of the Shared Services Center

• High school diploma required
• A degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of financial and administrative routines
• Knowledge of or experience with financing processes is a plus
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data
• Knowledge of preparing and monitoring reports and performance indicators
• Familiarity with financial systems and/or ERP systems is a plus
