Product Development Specialist – Accessories

• Own the Accessories category from initial collection idea through launch
• Initiate projects based on category insights without waiting for a brief
• Build and present collection decks with trend data, top-seller insights, and a clear Kitsch story
• Ensure ideas align with Kitsch's brand standards and are ready for initial review
• Research factory options, existing styles, finishes, swatch cards, and early costing
• Negotiate factory costs using MOQ, multiple purchase orders, or material options
• Keep projects on schedule and flag risks early
• Review top sellers and convert insights into future product ideas
• Report to the Senior Manager, Product Development

• Product development experience, ideally a couple of years
• Accessories experience is a plus; experience in other product categories is welcome
• Experience working with factories and suppliers on finishes, swatches, and costing
• Commercial mindset, including cost, MOQ, and margin considerations
• Strong eye for trends and brand fit
• Great attention to detail and high quality standards
• Organized, proactive, and independent, with a solution-first attitude
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently based in the Philippines
• Must be willing to work under a full-time independent contractor agreement
