SAP TM Architect, Consultant

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications and system designs
• Provide expert guidance on freight order management, freight settlement, charge management, and transportation planning
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, EWM, EM, and GTS, and data migration
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Provide training to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP TM issues
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert and recommend strategic improvements based on SAP TM innovations and industry trends
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration guides, and test plans
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP TM Consultant or Architect
• Proven expertise in multiple SAP TM modules and functionalities, including Freight Order, Freight Settlement, Charge Management, Planning, and Optimization
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP TM and SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM, EM, and S/4HANA
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• SAP TM certification is a significant plus
